Our candles contain only natural vegetable waxes, resulting in a cleaner burn and less smoke compared to other wax types. Soy wax, rapeseed wax, and coconut wax are biodegradable and carbon neutral. With 100% plant-based materials and minimal packaging, we strive to keep our ecological footprint to an absolute minimum. SUPERZ does not use harmful or toxic chemicals; our candles are cruelty-free and do NOT contain lead, paraffin, palm oil, plastics, parabens, phthalates, or colorants. Our suppliers also have their own responsible sourcing policies, which establish strict standards for health, safety, environmental protection, business integrity, and social practices.

Why do we say NO to paraffin?Paraffin candles are cheap because they are by-products of the petroleum industry. This is practically all the positives we can say about paraffin wax. Not only do they emit carbon soot, but researchers also suggest that paraffin candles may even be harmful to health. Paraffin candles emit black soot and burn so hot that they can cause burns if spilled. Unlike paraffin, plant-based candles do not release toxic carcinogens into the air. Additionally, they are sourced from renewable resources and are biodegradable. Plant-based candles burn 30-50% longer and, of course, burn cleaner, producing 95% less soot during use. Yes, both our perfume oils and Extrait de Parfum have a very high fragrance concentration, which makes them exceptionally long-lasting, depending on your skin type.

How should I store the perfume and at what temperature?

Since our products are largely made from natural ingredients, we recommend storing them in a dry place, below 24°C, away from direct sunlight.

How can I receive the product?

Our products can be ordered online with home delivery, or purchased in person at any of our Perfume Salons across the country.

Do you really only work with natural ingredients?

No, however, we guarantee that our products are made from at least 75% natural ingredients, and we strive to use as high a percentage of natural fragrance notes as possible.

What if I don’t like the scent? Can I return it?

You can find information about the conditions for returning products under the "Product Return" tab on the website. If the product has not been opened, we naturally maintain the option for an exchange at our salons in Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc, Szeged, or Pécs.
