Are the perfumes long-lasting?
Yes, both our perfume oils and Extrait de Parfum have a very high fragrance concentration, which makes them exceptionally long-lasting, depending on your skin type.
How should I store the perfume and at what temperature?
Since our products are largely made from natural ingredients, we recommend storing them in a dry place, below 24°C, away from direct sunlight.
How can I receive the product?
Our products can be ordered online with home delivery, or purchased in person at any of our Perfume Salons across the country.

How do I use the perfume? Which body parts should I spray it on?
Using SUPERZ perfumes is similar to using other traditional fragrances. We recommend applying or spraying it mainly on pulse points.

What warranty is offered on the products?

If I am allergic to certain substances, how can I know if I will react to this?
If you suspect allergies, it's advisable to visit one of our Perfume Salons in person to test with a "skin test" to see if the chosen product may cause skin irritation.
Do you really only work with natural ingredients?
No, however, we guarantee that our products are made from at least 75% natural ingredients, and we strive to use as high a percentage of natural fragrance notes as possible.
What if I don't like the scent? Can I return it?
You can find information about the conditions for returning products under the "Refund Policy" tab on the website. If the product has not been opened, we naturally maintain the option for an exchange at our salons in Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc, Szeged, or Pécs.
